Each suite of 350 sq. ft. area, consists of a large bedroom, ensuite bath and a smaller room with bunk beds for kids. A total of 2 adults and 2 children can be accommodated. There is a shared garden out front with a view of entire range of Kumaon Himalayas.
Tariff (upto 2 people) –
Rs.6161 Plus 12% Gst = Rs.6900
Includes : Stay & breakfast for 2 people. All taxes.
Meals available –
Breakfast for extra person above 12 years – Rs.323 plus 5% GST = Rs.350
Lunch for anyone above 12 years – Rs.571 plus 5% GST = Rs.600
Dinner for anyone above 12 years – Rs. 714 plus 5% GST = Rs.750
All meals for anyone between – 6-12 years to be 50% of above
Rosevilla Suites (4 such suites)

- Outside, a shared garden awaits, offering breathtaking views of Kumaon Himalayas. The tariff for up to 2 people is Rs. 6161, with an additional 12% GST, totaling Rs. 6900.
Oak Duplex Suites (2 such suites)
- Discover spacious luxury in our 500 sq. ft. suites, featuring a large bedroom, ensuite bath, bay windows with cozy seating, an attic room with twin beds, and a quaint deck. Ideal for families, each suite can comfortably host 2 adults and 2 children.
- Enjoy a breathtaking panoramic vista of the entire Kumaon range of Himalayan peaks from your suite. The tariff for up to 2 people is Rs. 7500, with an additional 12% GST, amounting to Rs. 8400.
Rosebank Cottage Suites (one of a kind)
- Experience peace in our spacious Cottage, spanning 400 sq. ft. It features a large bedroom, ensuite bath, expansive windows, a mezzanine floor with twin beds, and a charming garden. Perfect for families, the cottage comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children,
