General – You may use this website to make genuine and valid reservations only. You will be financially liable for all uses of this website.

Reservation

Reservations are made on payment of 75% of package amount. All reservations made through this website are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation within 24 hours of booking, and at least 16 days before arrival date, is not subject to any cancellation charges.

Refunds, wherever eligible, will be transferred to guest account within 14 days of accepting such request.

All other cancellations are subject to cancellation charges.

Cancellation made a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival date is subject to cancellation charges @ 25% of package amount. Balance of amount paid can be refunded or a credit voucher issued against future bookings subject to management’s discretion. Refunds, wherever eligible, will be transferred to guest account within 14 days of accepting such request. 

Cancellation made between 8 to 14 days prior to arrival date is subject to cancellation charges @ 50% of package amount. Balance of amount paid can be refunded or a credit voucher issued against future bookings subject to management’s discretion. Refunds, wherever eligible, will be transferred to guest account within 14 days of accepting such request. 

Cancellation made within 7 days before arrival date is subject to cancellation charges @ 75% of package amount. Balance, if any, can be refunded or credit note issued. Refunds, wherever eligible, will be transferred to guest account within 14 days of accepting such request.
